Today is the 10th day I have been eating differently better.
Since Monday I haven't had stomachaches anymore. I've been drinking a lot of water but I couldn't exercise everyday.
I exercised on Saturday, 40 minutes, and I am going to exercise today. It means I had a three-day break. But I am getting back on my feet.
Yesterday evening I had fruit salad and yogurt and honey all mixed together. And today for breakfast I had 4 slices of whole wheat raisin bread, half of a cooked plantain, 2 fried eggs (I used coconut oil) and half of a glass of orange and apple juice.
I have already lost some weight, but I can't tell how much, and I have been feeling much better, I have been sleeping better as well.
My next change is to stop eating white sugar. But this is a change I will intagrate to my diet probably next week.
Halphaios - a world of changes

Sunday, Oct. 16th, 2016.
It's been a week since I got sick. Last Friday in the early hours I couldn't sleep tight. I woke up in the middle of the night aching all over. I rolled over the bed but I just couldn't find a confortable position to rest. By dawn the back of my eyes where so sore that it felt like I was having migraine. I took Talita (my partner) to work and then I headed my parents' apartment. Just to realize I was alone and I could not work that day. On that day I could not eat a single thing. On the other day, on Saturday, I went to the hospital and for 4 days I was on sick leave. During this period I decided to change my habits. I've decided to improve my eating habits and to exercise.
It's been a week since I have changed my diet.
Today I had 5 slices of whole wheat bread and riccota for breakfast.
For lunch I had "tropeiro" beans. Which is a Brazilian mix (only the grain, not the juice, and the beans has to be not very well cooked in order to be a little hard) with fried bacon and other meats.
For dinner I had fruits and yogurt and black treacle.
During this first week I have had several stomach aches. Every morning I would wake up feeling this pain, like I was starving so bad that the walls of my stomach were about to join together.
Even if I drank 3 glasses of water before eating, I would feel it.
But I am not giving up. Let's move foward!

Hi everyone.
My name is Taísa, I'm 29, I'm 1,60 m and about 90 Kg. I cannot say I am a healthy person, but I cannot say otherwise. I like my sweets and candies, but I'm also very fond of fruits and vegetables. And yes, I am a couch potato. I hate exercising from the bottom of my heart and with all I've got.
Well, all of it has brought me nothing else but low endurance. People say that if you are inside your comfort zone you will not be able to make extraordinary things happen.
So, not only have I decided to get out of my confort zone, but also to keep tabs on my change.
Here it goes my first challenge: I am changing the way I eat and what I eat.
What am I no longer eating?
Sweets, candies, diary products (except yogurt and ricotta).
How am I eating?
I am going to have three main meals:
1. For breakfast I'm having everything I feel like it (within boundaries);
2. For lunch I am having salad, grains and some protein;
3. For dinner I am just having fruits.
4. Water all the time.
Thus, shall I?
